Jutta Allmendinger, Christiane Schwieren, and Sophia Hohmann

  • When Research Crosses Boundaries
  • Power, Abuse, and Dependence
  • Fishbowl, Geist Heidelberg

Science thrives on pushing boundaries—intellectual, technological, and social. But where hierarchies, dependencies, and institutional power structures shape everyday life, personal boundaries can sometimes be crossed. What structures facilitate the abuse of power in science? And what can we do about it? In a fishbowl discussion, we’ll bring experts and the audience together for a conversation. Join the discussion!
