Tickets for our events are available online under the respective event in our event calendar, at all known Reservix advance booking offices and at the box office.

The advance sale for online tickets ends on the day of the event approx. 2 hours before the event starts.

Box office

Our box office is always open approx. 1 hour before the start of the event.
Please note that the availability of tickets at the box office can unfortunately not be guaranteed. For this reason, we recommend that you use the advance booking system. We also ask for your understanding that for staffing reasons we unfortunately cannot accept reservations, neither by e-mail nor by telephone.

Discount information

Reduction for: Children from the age of 3 (children under 3 do not need a ticket), schoolchildren, students, holders of the Heidelberg Pass and persons with severe disabilities (on presentation of an appropriate document at the entrance). Necessary accompanying persons (registration number “B” in the severely handicapped ID) will be admitted free of charge. DAI members please have their proof ready at the entrance.
