Five-Animal Qigong

Cancelled

  • Program for children, Social Activity

The Five-Animal Qigong System (Wu Qin Xi) is an ancient Chinese exercise tradition dating back to the 2nd-century physician Hua Tuo. It blends fluid animal-inspired movements with Qigong principles to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit.
Research suggests that regular Qigong practice can enhance flexibility, support emotional well-being, improve focus and mental clarity, and help reduce stress.
This timeless practice reconnects us with natural rhythms, nurturing vitality, joy, and holistic health. A beautiful way for individuals and families alike to embody the wisdom of the wild.
