Come for a yoga session to unwind at the end of your week. During this 90 minute class, we’ll find the tight and tense spots in the body and explore postures that relax and release them. You’ll leave feeling profoundly chilled out.
Josh Gale is from Auckland, New Zealand and has been practicing yoga since 2002. He was a brahmacari (monk) for three years, travelling to India twice and serving in temples and ashrams in the UK and New Zealand. In 2006, Josh completed his first yoga teacher’s training course, and 10 years later he completed another course, this time focused on a Buddhist mindfulness approach to yoga. He also works as a mindfulness teacher.

Costs fee: 170,- Euros // 140,- Euros for DAI-members
(10 dates, not taking place on February 16th)
Please transfer the course fee no later than 3 days after your registration and no later than 3 days before the course begins. The bank details will be submitted to you after you have registered.
