Meet Your Facilitator: Tomer Ashkenazi
Tomer Ashkenazi is a designer, educator, and facilitator driven by curiosity, a deep love for working with people and solving problems. He began his journey in industrial design, later expanding into user experience, where he developed a sharp eye for the intricate dance between people, products, and services—mastering all things customer experience.
With years of experience working across industries, Tomer brings a wide-angle lens to business challenges—focusing not on assumptions about what people want, but on the thoughtful approaches that reveal their real problems, needs, and motivations. His work is rooted in empathy, creativity, and a hands-on approach to innovation.
Tomer has used Design Thinking methodology in his work to help companies and entrepreneurs, and today he also teaches children how to use design to connect with diverse cultures and communities. His mission is simple: to help people think differently, work together, and build solutions that matter.
