Italian pianist Ilaria Cavalleri, born in 2001, graduated with top marks (110 cum laure) from the Luca Marenzio Conservatory in Brescia in 2021. She is currently studying at the Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi in Milan and at the Conservatorio Pietro Mascagni in Livorno.

She has already participated in several piano competitions and has been awarded several first prizes. In 2019 she received the Young Talent of the Year Award of Ubi Banca, donated by the bank itself and hosted by the Conservatory of Brescia.

From 2018 to 2021, she performed in numerous concerts throughout Italy. In 2017, she was hired to play during the “La Tore” literary prize award evening in Elba; in the summer of the same year, she performed at the Warsaw Conservatory of Music in the Warszawa Sala Koncertowa. She has also performed in duo as well as trio and quintet settings.

Cavalleri attended master classes for piano with Riccardo Risaliti, Maurizio Baglini, Roberto Prosseda, Agnieszka Przemyk-Bryla, Federico Colli, Davide Cabassi and Tatiana Larionova, as well as master classes for chamber music with Enrica Ciccarelli, Giovanni Scaglione and Silvia Chiesa.

At DAI she plays works by Mendelssohn, Schubert, Debussy and Liszt.
