Kostandin Tashko, born in Tirana in 1997, graduated from the Liceo Musicale Jordan Misja in 2016 and was accepted at the Giuseppe Tartini Conservatory in Trieste.

He has performed as a soloist and with orchestra in many European countries and has already won numerous national and international prizes, including first prize at the Lilian Caraian Competition in Trieste in May this year and first prize ex-aequo at the 12th Adilia Alieva International Piano Competition in France in 2018. In 2018 he was selected for the master class of Christopher Elton at the Royal Academy of London, in 2019 for a master class of Pavel Gililov at the Mozarteum in Salzburg.

At the Heidelberg Piano Week, Tashko plays Liszt, Scriabin, Prokofiev, Stravinsky and Ravel.
