For many people, the division of society is one of the most pressing problems of our time. We are overloaded with information in abundance at any time of day or night, and escaping into the “bubble”, the safe bubble of like-minded people, seems to many to be the solution. Yet it is important that we take a close look and formulate arguments, especially now, when it comes to our stance on major challenges, for example – and that we listen to each other and struggle to find the right path – or even argue. Can we still do that?
We want to place civil disputes in a context in which it is not primarily about “truth”, but about the success and realization of goals and projects – together with others.
Moderator: Thomas Hegemann, who as an organizational developer and management consultant in the USA and Europe has focused on the topic of innovation capability and as a coach and television presenter has many decades of experience with both successful and unsuccessful communication.
