In nature, females control access to sex. In Biology, this principle is called “female choice.” Until we became sedentary, the same was true for us humans. But then men created a civilization which excludes women. The latter, however, are now slowly regaining their natural strength. Traditional gender relations are finally in motion. The time is ripe to rethink how women and men live together.
In Female Choice, feminist, critic, biologist and blogger Dr. Meike Stoverock sheds light on the beginnings and evolutionary-biological foundations of male civilization and suggests how men and women can live together in a post-male civilization.
