María Esther Guzmán

María Esther Guzmán, born in 1968 in Seville, is one of the most outstanding guitarists of our time.

At the age of four she made her debut at the Teatro Lope de Vega in Seville, at the age of eleven she played on Spanish television for the first time and a year later for Andrés Segovia. Since then she has pursued a great international career and has won numerous national and international awards.

At the DAI, María Esther Guzmán will perform compositions by Isaac Albéniz, Joaquín Rodrigo, Enrique Granados and Regino Sáinz de la Maza, among others.
