In connection with right-wing populist and post-factual ideologies, some long-forgotten conspiracy theories are currently experiencing an unexpected renaissance.
Holm Hümmler reviews claims made by “conspiracy theorists” in the field of natural science and technology. What is behind these ideas? Possibly more than a scintilla of truth after all?
Dr. Holm Gero Hümmler, nuclear physicist and management consultant, has conducted research at CERN and the MPI for Physics, among others, and is the author of several books(Relative Quantum Quark, 2017; Conspiracy Myths. How we are taken for fools with twisted facts, 2019) and runs the scientific blog “Quantum Quark.” He is actively involved in the Society for the Scientific Investigation of Parascience (GWUP).
