More and more people in Germany are being won over by scientific forms of classical Chinese medicine.
An illness often has a hidden message and Chinese medicine offers systematic methods which can be used to decipher these messages, which are often buried deep in our inner subconscious. Such processes allow us to understand our symptoms as meaningful signals and healing then becomes a form of internal communication which draws on deeply-rooted intuitive mechanisms buried deep in the human psyche.
Dr. Henry Johannes Greten is Professor of Chinese medicine at the University of Porto, where he heads the first European Master’s course in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). For many years Greten has pursued the objective of integrating Chinese medicine into Western medical practices.
