Lunchtime Yoga – Midweek Boost

Boost your energy with this lunchtime yoga class and a healthy snack! We’ll wake up the body, and then move into a warming, dynamic flow before doing standing asanas. The 30 minute class will close with a short relaxation practice to make you feel zen. After class, have a healthy snack with us before heading back to work!

Josh Gale is from Auckland, New Zealand and has been practicing yoga since 2002. He was a brahmacari (monk) for three years, travelling to India twice and serving in temples and ashrams in the UK and New Zealand. In 2006, Josh completed his first yoga teacher’s training course, and 10 years later he completed another course, this time focused on a Buddhist mindfulness approach to yoga. He is currently training as a mindfulness teacher.

Please bring your own yoga mat as well as comfortable clothing and register yourself ahead of time (limited number of participants):

Every Thursday, Sept. 28 – Dec. 21, 12:15 – 13:00 hrs (excluding Oct. 26 and Nov. 30)

Costs per week: 10,- Euros // 8,- Euros for DAI-members

Please note that the course fee must be paid in cash on the day of the course.
