Amsterdam-based Catalan guitarist and composer Joan Fort collaborated with the jazz scene in New York during his stay there in the fall of 2024. Back in Europe, he began collaborating with several of his musical idols – this quartet now marks an exciting chapter in his artistic career. The newly assembled band is accompanied by one of the most sought-after musicians on the New York jazz scene today: Sarah Hanahan. Her playing is characterized by her deep dedication to the music, her enormous energy and extraordinary virtuosity.
