Begin the day with a challenge! Each vigorous class will explore strong and grounding movements and postures designed to generate energy and heat, and improve fitness. Mindfulness will play an important part of each class, teaching you to stay in the moment.
Suitable for people with average fitness.
Josh Gale is from Auckland, New Zealand and has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2002. In 2006, Josh completed his first yoga teacher training course, and 10 years later he completed another one, this time focused on a Buddhist mindfulness approach. He is a certified mindfulness teacher with the UK organization Breathworks and is presently doing an advanced course with the Zen Yoga School in Berlin.
Please bring your own yoga mat (camping mats are not suitable) and register ahead of time.
