Put aside everything for an hour and make time for your wellbeing. Ideal for busy mums, but open to all, this course is designed to help you unwind and come back to yourself. Each class will explore energizing, flowing movements.
Josh Gale is from Auckland, New Zealand and has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2002. In 2006, Josh completed his first yoga teacher training course, and 10 years later he completed another one, this time focused on a Buddhist mindfulness approach. He is a certified mindfulness teacher with the UK organization Breathworks and is presently doing an advanced course with the Zen Yoga School in Berlin.
Please bring your own yoga mat (camping mats are not suitable) and register ahead of time.
