Food good – All good?
- Scenarios for a nutritional turnaround
- Silke Lichtenstein, Florian Schwinn & Harald Lemke
- Geist Heidelberg, In dialogue
Our entire existence is deeply rooted in what we eat every day – our food. A look at our food reveals the close interconnectedness of humans, the animal and plant world, and global resources. Yet despite the great importance of our food, we live in a consumer culture that often lacks appreciation for what we eat. Profit maximization and waste of resources dominate.
