Everyday Buddhism

  • Dolpo Tulku

Kindness, understanding and love need not remain abstract concepts. Buddhism offers pertinent and modern psychological guidance with relevance for a huge number of situations with which we are today confronted.

Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche was born in the twelfth month of the Tibetan year of the Iron Bird (1981), in the Dho Tarap valley in Dolpo in Nepal. At the age of 9, he became a monk in the Kanying Shedrub Ling monastery in Nepal.

Today, Tulku is a university professor. He travels through Asia and Europe delivering lectures on Buddhist philosophy and teaching audiences how to avoid stress and burn-out whilst also drawing attention to the situation in his own homeland.
