Yoga in the Library – Bright & Early Flow

Kick start your day with a short, energizing yoga class. Each class will offer a flowing sequence of movements designed to invigorate the body, improve core strength, balance and flexibility. Elements of mindfulness will be woven into each class, including a short meditation at the end. You’ll go to work feeling focused and uplifted!
Suitable for people with average fitness.

About the teacher:
Josh Gale is from Auckland, New Zealand and has been practicing yoga since 2002. In 2006, Josh completed his first yoga teacher training course, and 10 years later he completed another one, this time focused on a Buddhist mindfulness approach to yoga. He recently completed his training as a mindfulness teacher with UK organization Breathworks and is presently doing an advanced course with the Zen Yoga School in Berlin.

Please bring your own yoga mat (camping mats are not suitable) and a cushion for meditation.
