Each class will offer a flowing sequence of movements designed to invigorate the body, improve core strength, balance and flexibility. Elements of mindfulness will be woven into each class, including a short meditation at the end. You\u2019ll go to work feeling focused and uplifted!<\/p>\n<p>Suitable for people with average fitness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the teacher: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Josh Gale is from Auckland, New Zealand and began practicing bhakti yoga in 2002. In 2006, Josh completed his first yoga teacher training course, and 10 years later he finished another one, this time focused on a Buddhist mindfulness approach to yoga.
