English Teacher wanted The DAI Language School is part of the German-American Institute Heidelberg (DAI), a non-profit cultural institute. The DAI is dedicated to promoting democracy. One focus is the transatlantic dialogue between Germany and America. Its declared goal is to stimulate and support the exchange and encounter with people and institutions in America and to promote academic debate on America. We are looking for native speakers with teaching experience and/or a university degree, who can include their countries culture, be it UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or from other English-speaking countries into their lesson plan. You… are an English native speaker like to work with kids & teenagers have a valid work permit for Germany would like to gain teaching experience in a professional environment Our courses are a chance for children who learn English at school, to have fun with the language, review school lessons and get over their fear of speaking or making any mistakes. You will be working in small groups to motivate and encourage students to speak English at all times.
