Accumulated event cancellations at the DAI in the next few days

The DAI Heidelberg unfortunately has to cancel several events in the next few days. The following dates are affected:

Michael Göring – “Hotel Dellbrück” – Wednesday, March 12, 8:00 p.m.

Anne Sliwka – “Ideal School” – Sunday, 15 March, 17:00

Téa Obreht – Heartland – Sunday, 22 March, 17:00

The reason for the frequent cancellations of events is in most cases the corona virus, due to which publishers and institutions would like to cancel numerous reading tours or not allow their employees to travel in view of the current conditions.

This also affects a lecture at this year’s conference on the meaning of life on Saturday, 21 March: Speaker Anne-Marie Pieper has cancelled her performance on this day (scheduled for 2 pm).

Catch-up dates for the cancelled events have not yet been fixed. All tickets already purchased can be returned to the respective advance booking office and remain valid in case of events that have been made up for.
