Accumulated event cancellations at the DAI in the next few days

The DAI Heidelberg unfortunately has to cancel several events at short notice in the next few days.
The following dates are affected:

Michael Göring: “Hotel Dellbrück”
Wednesday, March 12th, 20:00 h

Anne Slivka: “Ideal School”
Sunday, 15 March, 17:00

Téa Obreht: “Heartland”
Sunday, 22 March, 17:00 h

In most cases, the reason for this is the corona virus, due to which publishers and institutions would like to cancel numerous reading tours in view of the current circumstances or do not want to send their employees on appointments or trips.

This also applies to a presentation at this year’s Meaning of Life Conference on Saturday 21 March: Speaker Anne-Marie Pieper has cancelled her performance on this day (scheduled for 14:00)

Catch-up dates for the cancelled events have not yet been fixed.
All tickets already purchased can be returned to the respective advance booking office, but remain valid in the case of events that are made up for.
