Event program

The DAI Library offers a wide-ranging program of events for all ages! 

Children can learn, create, and discover through arts and crafts, books, films, theater, games, story-time, and more. Most activities are in English or bilingual in English and German. While giving your little ones the chance to improve or stay connected with the language, we welcome all cultures to celebrate together the richness of our community! 

Adults are warmly invited to take part in an equally stimulating range of programs such as Discussion Groups, Book Clubs, the DAI Writing Center, and creative networking events.

We also invite teachers to bring their classes to us and supplement classroom instruction through workshops on media literacy and communication, U. S. Topics focused on contemporary political, social, and environmental issues, Global Topics related to multiculturalism, human rights, globalization, women’s rights and beyond as well as library tours.
