SeoJun Lim

SeoJun Lim developed an extraordinary musical sensitivity and expressiveness at a young age. At the age of 17, he gave his first solo concert in Korea, which was enthusiastically received by the audience and the press. A year later, he continued his artistic training in Hanover.

In 2025, he won first prize at the Città di Cantù International Piano Festival in Italy and was also awarded the special prize for the best Beethoven interpretation. He has already performed at the Bechstein Centrum Hannover, where he impressed the audience with his clear sound and poetic expressiveness.

SeoJun Lim has been studying in Hanover since 2020 – first with Lars Vogt, then with Alexander Schimpf, under whose guidance he continues to deepen his musical development.

At the DAI, SeoJun Lim performs works by Franz Liszt, Franz Schubert and Maurice Ravel.
