Relaxation and stability: Music bowl meditation online

  • Madhu Gajjala
  • Social Activity

In times of restrictions and worries, meditation can help to rediscover a wider inner space. The DAI library is happy to offer “Lunchtime meditations” via Zoom: on Fridays at 12:30, for 20 minutes, starting on Friday, March 5. The meditations are led by Madhu Gajjala who makes the experience even more intense by accompanying them with singing bowls.

Madhu Gajjala was born in India, she finished a Bachelor of Fine Arts and lived in Egypt for eight years; in 2017 she moved to Germany. She started practicing breath meditation in 2009 after a painful personal experience. With practicing, she has realized that happiness is within. Madhu’s purpose in life is to bring happiness to each and every person she meets through meditation.

You are very welcome to take part online.
