Quantum physics and relativity theory offer a lot of material for hypotheses and applied research, but also space beyond simple materialism or causally unambiguous relations. Speculative borderline sciences and theology, but also esoteric teachings and alternative medicine smell the morning air here to fill their explanation gaps by means of quantum theory or even to give promises of salvation.
What can be known, what must be believed, and to what extent do quanta help to push the boundaries of knowledge?
