People Trap Politics?

  • Commitment for all between insanity and idealism
  • Marco Bülow and Katja Suding
  • In dialogue

Active and official politics is a complex professional field. Excessive public observation, high decision-making pressure and almost no private life characterize the life of top politicians. The commitment to all demands a lot. Even alienating oneself from oneself? Should one rather continue the fight outside the parliaments, against all lobby and clientele structures? Or simply pull the ripcord? What remains after “exit politics”?

With:
Katja Suding, PR and communications consultant, former FDP member of parliament, author of Reißleine: How I Lost Myself – and Found Myself Again (2022).
Marco Bülow, journalist, former member of the Bundestag, first SPD, then factionless, then DIE PARTEI, author of Lobbyland (2021)

Moderation: Adrian Gillmann (DAI)
