Paulina Monno & Julia Trintschuk

Paulina Monno, born in 1998, began playing the guitar at the age of six. At the age of seven she took part in her first youth music competition and since then she has been awarded first place in numerous national and regional competitions. In 2012 she was awarded first place in the youth category of the international “Andrés Segovia” guitar competition in Velbert. She went on to win first place in the youth category at the “International Guitar Festival” in Nürtingen in 2014.

Julia Trintschuk, born in 1997, has been taking piano and guitar lessons since the age of four. Whilst studying at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Stuttgart (Staatliche Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Stuttgart) she has been successful in numerous competitions. Amongst other notable successes, Trintschuk was awarded first place, along with her duet partner Jonas Bayh, in the duet category in the 2013 regional guitar festival.
