The citizens of a town have their voices stolen by an evil figure, the monopolist Mr. TV. The dictatorial ruler controls the voiceless population with his television station. Among them are little Ana and her father, a television technician. Only the singer la Voz and her eyeless son Tomas still have the ability to speak. When Mr. TV unceremoniously kidnaps the singer, Ana and her father flee with Tomas to an old broadcasting station in the mountains. With the help of Tomas’ voice, the citizens are to regain the ability to speak.
