The original duo sound of Matthieu Michel and Jean-Christophe Cholet takes on a whole new dimension through the search for simplicity, mutual complementation and opening up to intimate melodies.
Each musician takes an important place, presents his own compositions. We recognise the colours of their journeys through the world, their deepest emotions.
Traditional music from the Atlantic regions inspire the programme, from Brittany to the Basque Country, where Didier Ithursarry comes from. Their names are for example “Banako”, “Zortziko”, “Fandango” or “Mutxiko”.
