What connects an Australian flutist, a Swedish guitarist and a German bassist? Charles Davis and his two fellow musicians make top-class lyrical chamber music with an extravagant instrumentation. As musical nomads they are interested in combining their different musical influences. The diversity of the Captured Moments programme and the exceptional playing style of the three musicians combine to create a musical language all of their own. The trio also succeeds in showing that it can get rhythmically hot even without drums.
