Pause, discover and set off into a world of wonder and creation: an immersive experience of theater, film, dance, photography and art. A variety of exercises open up space for creativity, sharing and encounters with projects from Heidelberg that promote sustainability. An exhibition shows works of art made from natural materials that are typical of the area, climate-friendly and express a connection to nature. The event is inspired by the “dialog process” of environmental philosopher Joanna Macy. It encourages people to engage with ecological issues in a personal, emotional and action-oriented way. Nature is not just what surrounds us – we are a part of it ourselves.
Author and director Isabella Freilinger combines creativity with active participation in the community by integrating local sustainability projects.
