Security arises within, meaning in the encounter with the outside: We ourselves give things their meaning. If we shift our focus or think of something else, our experience changes. If we want to fly, we should think of something wonderful like Peter Pan. This applies to posture, breathing and thoughts, because experience is created, second by second. Try it yourself, get to know your inner team better!
Frieder Ittner is a (hypno-)systemic coach, trainer and co-founder of oT – openTransformation AG. In Brazil and Germany he accompanies people on their heroic journeys and in finding meaning.
