What really separates us? Are there big differences between Generation Z, millennials and baby boomers? Or do we all ultimately share the same values? In this workshop with labor researcher Hans Rusinek, we will put supposed generational conflicts to the test by sitting young and old at the same table! Together with work researcher Hans Rusinek, we will work out which values characterize the different generations from a scientific perspective and how we can use this diversity to master the challenges of our time. Through a joint, intergenerational dialog, we will build bridges and jointly develop ideas for the future that include everyone.
