Halloween is about dressing up, getting spooky, chasing away witches and ghosts, and eating lots and lots of yummy things. Themed “Dress Up Like Your Favorite Book Character,” the idea this year is to show up as a character from your favorite book. Scary or not – it doesn’t matter. One of the Wild Bunch? The little witch? The Cat in the Hat, Percy Jackson, Pippi Longstocking, Hermione or Pooh the Bear with his honey pot: come as your children’s book hero! Together we want to go on a journey into the world of books and read and experience scary, exciting and funny stories. Afterwards, we’ll continue with lots of games, a scavenger hunt, music, food and much more. Villain or hero – every costume will win a prize!
