The “Europeans in Conversation” tie in with the great salon tradition in Germany to discuss what can be circumscribed as European identity. Questions about Europe, its present and past politics and history, as well as its culture are to be posed as well as discussed for the mediation of experience, knowledge and insight.
To this end, various initiators from the fields of culture, science, economics, politics and administration have been invited to make a thematic contribution. All interested Europeans from Heidelberg and the metropolitan region are invited.
