The Europeans in conversation take up the great salon tradition in Germany to discuss what can be described as European identity. Europe’s diversity yesterday and today concerns us just as much as the centuries-old concern about the search for peace and its maintenance.
This evening’s theme is the power or rather the powerlessness of European regulations. How do they influence solidarity and the loss of solidarity in the nation states?
The speaker Prof. Dr. Jale Tosun from the Institute for Political Science at the University of Heidelberg will report on her current research project.
