Career workshops – How to find your way into a great new job
About 3 million people apply for a job in Germany every day. Despite their qualifications, many are rejected for positions they are well equipped for. This is mostly due to a lack of understanding of today’s recruitment process. Also, many companies use sophisticated software that decides who gets to the next stage – but candidates often don’t have the proper skills to handle this hurdle. This workshop will help you to deal with online application portals and to construct CVs and cover letters that resonate with employers.
Mithun Sridharan is a career coach and specialized in expat services in Europe and the USA. Among others, he holds an MBA from ESMT Berlin. He will share practical insights from many years of higher education, industry and leadership.
