Mirabelle Kajenjeri was born in 1998 to Burundian and Ukrainian parents; her piano training at the age of five was initiated by Natalia Grebennikova in Kiev. She was trained by Vladimir Soultanov at the Conservatoire de Roubaix (France), holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles and a Master’s degree from the Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media. She is currently studying for a doctorate at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.

Mirabelle Kajenjeri performed early on in concerts, at renowned festivals and as a soloist with various orchestras; in 2022 she released her first album Étincelles in collaboration with the KNS Classical label.

In addition to her career as a pianist, she is passionate about the violin, which she has studied in parallel since childhood. In 2018, she obtained her bachelor’s degree with high honors at the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles.

At the 34th Heidelberg Piano Week, Mirabelle Kajenjeri will perform works by Johannes Brahms, Johann Sebastian Bach, Ferruccio Busoni, Claude Debussy, Maurice Ravel, Fritz Kreisler and Sergei Rachmaninoff.
