conditions of participation

• The price includes 1 Geist Heidelberg bag
• The competition starts on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 with the publication of the post and ends on December 11, 2019 at 16:00 CEST.
• The winners will be chosen at random from all participants who have fulfilled the conditions of the competition.
• Each participant can only enter the competition twice. Once for a like and once for a comment.
• Participants must be at least 13 years old.
• The winners of the bag must pick up the winners at Sofienstraße 12, 69115 Heidelberg within 4 weeks after publication.
• The winner agrees that in the event of winning, his/her name will be published in a winning post on the Facebook profile of the competition provider. Legal recourse is excluded.
• Employees of the DAI departments are excluded from the competition.
• The competition takes place on Facebook. There is no connection to Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by the platforms.
• Information about participants is collected by the German-American Institute, not by Facebook. The data collected will only be used for the purpose of the competition.
• The winners will be notified of their profiles on the platform.
• The competition will take place on the DAI’s Facebook pages. The DAI’s Press and Public Relations Departments are responsible for the competition.
