Our kindergartens are open from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and offer a dynamic, English-language immersion environment.<\/p>\n<p>We pride ourselves on our small group model, with two teachers for every 10-12 children, ensuring personalized care and attention. Our educational concept blends full English immersion with enriching programs such as EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage), Jolly Phonics, Music Appreciation, and Outdoor Learning, along with elements of Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and play- and inquiry-based learning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants must<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have formal training in early childhood education (e.g., social pedagogy, certified kindergarten educator, or qualified caregiver)<\/li>\n<li>Bring hands-on experience in kindergarten or nursery settings<\/li>\n<li>Speak fluent English at B2 level or higher \u2013 native speakers preferred<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate patience, kindness, and a genuine passion for early education<\/li>\n<li>Believe in nurturing children\u2019s natural curiosity and love of discovery<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy learning and actively support children&#8217;s individual learning journeys<\/li>\n<li>Show a strong commitment to building diverse, inclusive, and respectful environments<\/li>\n<li>Have basic German skills (a plus, but not required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What We Offer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A full-time contract of 39.5 hours per week<\/li>\n<li>Includes 2.5 hours of dedicated preparation time each week<\/li>\n<li>Participate in weekly team meetings<\/li>\n<li>Co-lead a group of 12\u201314 children with another educator<\/li>\n<li>Be part of an international, collaborative team<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy 30 days of paid vacation per year<\/li>\n<li>Access to ongoing professional development and training opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Option to receive a Deutschland Ticket at a reduced cost (public transport subsidy)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Interested?
