About 3 million people apply for a job in Germany each day. Despite their qualifications, many are rejected for positions they are well equipped for. This is mostly due to a lack of understanding of today’s recruitment process. Also, many companies use sophisticated software that decides who gets to the next stage – but candidates often don’t have the proper skills to handle this hurdle.
