Get a glow on with an invigorating yoga class early in your week. We will build core strength, improve stability and stamina, learn traditional yoga postures and sequences as well as some new and creative forms. Each class will explore principles of mindfulness and include a short meditation.
Suitable for people with average fitness.
About the teacher:
Josh Gale is from Auckland, New Zealand and began practicing bhakti yoga in 2002. In 2006, Josh completed his first yoga teacher training course, and 10 years later he finished another one, this time focused on a Buddhist mindfulness approach to yoga. He recently accomplished his training as a mindfulness teacher with UK organization Breathworks and is currently attending an advanced course with the Zen Yoga school in Berlin.
Please bring your own yoga mat (camping mats are not suitable) and a cushion for meditation. Please register ahead of time: firstname.lastname@example.org
