Come for a yoga session to unwind at the end of your week. During this 90 minute class, we’ll find the tight and tense spots in the body and explore postures that relax and release them. You’ll leave feeling profoundly chilled out.
Suitable for people with average fitness.
About the teacher:
Josh Gale is from Auckland, New Zealand and has been practicing yoga since 2002. In 2006, Josh completed his first yoga teacher training course, and 10 years later he completed another one, this time focused on a Buddhist mindfulness approach to yoga. He recently completed his training as a mindfulness teacher with UK organization Breathworks and is presently doing an advanced course with the Zen Yoga School in Berlin.
Please bring your own yoga mat (camping mats are not suitable) and a cushion for meditation.
