Discussion Group Special

Since Donald Trump was elected president of the United States, we‘ve see a completely new style of making politics and, eventually, of governing. The way of making decisions and the style of communication have changed dramatically. Thus, the DAI has established a new discussion group which has replaces the previous Video discussion group. The public is invited to analyze in depth what is going on in U.S. politics and what the changes mean for democracy. Discussions will be held in English, an advanced level of English will be needed.
Dr. Steven Bloom is a well-known author and longtime lecturer in American Studies at Heidelberg University. He has been leading discussion groups at the DAI since 1980.

To ensure in-depth discussions, the group is limited to 12 participants.
