Open House Dates Several times a year, we offer parents the opportunity to visit the kindergartens and get to know the teachers, as well as ask any questions about the concept and financial and practical aspects. Of course you are welcome to bring your children to these appointments. We will be following the current Covid regulations in accordance with the city of Heidelberg. In addition, for organisational reasons, we ask you to arrive punctually at the opening times mentioned. Ferien Der Kindergarten hat wie die städtischen Kindergärten 27 Schließtage, die sich auf drei Wochen Sommerferien, ca. zwei Wochen Weihnachtsferien sowie einige Brückentage und zwei „teacher workdays“ verteilen. Die Sommerferien erstrecken sich in der Regel auf die letzten drei Augustwochen. Für Kinder, deren Eltern auch während der Sommerferien auf Betreuung angewiesen sind, stehen Plätze im Feriencamp der Sprachschule zur Verfügung.
